Off Market Internet Business for Sale (by me)
We interrupt your normal programming for a brief update.
I’ve got a business for sale.
The business:
- Growing & profitable year on year with a bunch of sticky recurrent revenue
- Motivated Seller (Me)
- Friendly financing terms
————
The details:
I am taking my own advice on this one - and clearing things off my plate because of how quickly Sagan is growing.
One of my businesses needs a new home.
It’s low brain damage.
I want to sell it because it’s profitable as shit when someone gives it attention… which I’m currently not… because of Sagan Passport.
It did about $500,000K in revenue last year (I’ll show you the profitability, just not here).
There is no guarantee this is going to be a winner for you - if you are bad at business you won’t do well.
If you are smart - my experience suggests you will crush… but only time will tell!
Who You Are:
- You’re going to come to the plate with a healthy chunk of cash, and a desire to grow the thing.
- I’m going to carry the paper (not the SBA), because it’s easier
- I am happy to roll a meaningful portion of the purchase price as equity as well - I think it’ll make me more money than it already has.
Also open to all cash… whatever.
- I’ll help you get your feet under you, and can be floating around… but I want someone who wants to own the football…every day I own this, is a day I’m not building Sagan Passport.
- An understanding of Facebook ads would be good - but not required.
- Preference will be given to those that have bought a business before (because I have more confidence you won’t waste a shit load of my time) but that isn’t a requirement.
How I Will Determine Who to Sell It To:
- Speed & Likelihood of Close
- Purchase price
The Process:
- You respond to this email
- You fill out a form
- I read them all, and decide if it’s worth showing you the data room & CIM, and talking to you in more detail
- Give you access to the data room & talk to me, or a member of our team
- You submit an Letter of Intent
- You do DD (Straightforward - no inventory etc)
- We close
- You grow this thing
This is a hilariously simple business.
Respond to this email if you want me to send you the form.
