Since launch, we've hosted 50+ live, continued education classes.... but we always thought there was something missing.

It took us a year to figure it out, but we are finally ready for launch.

Instead of a hosting only short, one off live events about topics relevant to our members (like delegation, onboarding, SOPs) we’ve added an entirely new concept… learning tracks.

We are going to continue to do our one off events - but we’ve now added three VERY MEATY learning tracks that take place every week over 12 weeks about topics we are obsessed about.

Many of our members will attend themselves, but even more powerfully they SEND THEIR TEAMS (even if we didn’t hire them).

All classes are LIVE and EXPERT INSTRUCTOR LED.

Track 1:

Leadership & Management:

Taught by Former Special Operations Pilot Christian Ruff, Former Marine Corps Major Brian Wilson, and our Head of Product Binsi (the best global talent leader I know) - this is a 12 week progressive course to up skill you or your team’s Leadership and Management Skills.

  • What it means to be a good manager, the four habits of great managers, the 5 ways to hold people accountable

  • How do you clearly communicate your intent, without micromanagement?

  • How do you fire someone fairly?

  • How do you create initiative and aggressiveness in the people you lead?

This course starts in March and meets every week.

Track 2:

AI & Automation:

Taught by a mix of in house and external experts.

At the most tactical level my former assistant Germaine teaching how she uses AI every day in her workflows - all the way to Dr. Matt Saponaro (PhD in Machine Learning & AI).

  • How are real businesses actually using AI & automation in their day to day?

  • What tools are working these days, which ones stink - for which purposes?

  • How do you identify opportunities for AI & Automation within your organization?

  • How do you write good prompts?

This course starts in April and meets every week.

Track 3:

“Staying Organized as a Remote Worker”.

I am obsessed with the book and the system “Getting Things Done” so this course is basically a reading club - and I show you my exact personal organization system - finally tuned in high stakes environments.

This first go around I’M TEACHING EVERY CLASS LIVE EVERY WEEK BABY.

I am very opinionated on this topic.

Inbox zero, Kanban boards, AI, modern tech, all of that - how to 10X your personal productivity.

  • How to structure your next actions and projects

  • How to manage your email

  • How to capture and use your calendar well

  • Integrated your personal life organizational system into your work one

This course starts in June and meets every week.

I went back and forth on what to charge for this, and after a long and thorough discussion… just kidding OF COURSE IT WILL BE FREE TO OUR MEMBERS.
